You have 15 days to return or exchange your items.
How to make a return?
Before starting, check in "My Account" under the "Manage my account" section that your email address is correct.

Log in on Skibox.fr: In "My Account" under "My Orders": Select the relevant order. |

Print the invoice where the item to be exchanged or returned is listed: Print the invoice. Write down the reason for the exchange or return. |

Prepare your package: Place your items back in their original packaging (unused) and slide them into the package. Send your package back to:

Good to know:
I am refunded between 5 and 10 days if I paid by credit card or PayPal. Between 15 days and 1 month if I paid by bank check.
If I have a deferred debit account, the refund will appear on the next statement.
